You Foolish Men!

From today’s reading…

Then he said to them, ‘You foolish men! So slow to believe all that the prophets have said! Was it not necessary that the Christ should suffer before entering into his glory?’” Luke 24:25-26

Jesus has no problem dropping the hammer on us when can’t pull our heads out of the sand and see what’s what.

These men were part of the close group of disciples that had spent a lot of time with Jesus leading up to His crucifixion, yet they did not believe Jesus was the Messiah.

So Jesus did what all good fathers, husbands, teachers, and shepherds do.

He corrected, taught, fed, inspired, and loved them.

Be like Jesus.

Nurture those who are confused and make His presence known, which is the only way to…
