What Would Susanna Do?

From today’s reading…

‘I am completely trapped,’ Susanna groaned.

‘If I yield, it will be my death;

if I refuse, I cannot escape your power.

Yet it is better for me to fall into your power without guilt

than to sin before the Lord.’” Daniel 13:22-23

Right now you might be tempted to do “what any normal person in your situation would do” because we live in challenging times.

Instead of asking WWJD, ask WWSD?

Sometimes achieving what Jesus did might be too hard for us to comprehend, but Susanna was just like you and me and she rose up to meet her challenges—and challengers—with a clear conscience.

So be like Susanna and…

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.

Now go sell something.
