What Are You Hiding In The Sand?

From today’s reading…

Moses had a temper. (Reminds me of Peter cutting off the servant’s ear in the garden at the beginning of His Passion. Maybe there’s hope for this hot-headed Texas Cajun.)

Granted, Moses had seen his people abused by the Egyptians for decades and was fed up with the situation, but should he have killed the man abusing his fellow Hebrew and then try to hide the evidence? (The coverup is always worse than the crime.)

Of course we know that God made good things happen from this bad beginning, but why put yourself in the position that you need to run from home in order to save your life?

Stay with your family. Control yourself. Console the downtrodden. Lead by example as you help others…

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
