Wake Up. Get Up. Get Moving.

From today’s reading…

Wake up; put some resolve into what little vigour you have left: it is dying fast. So far I have failed to notice anything in your behaviour that my God could possibly call perfect;” Revelation 3:2

We stick with Revelation today and again we’re warned to repent, to love, to have a fire in our bellies because God does keep score. (Heck, He taught Santa how to make a list and check it twice, but I digress.)

But God is patient. He is “standing at the door, knocking.” (v20) He sees beyond our sinful ways and knows our potential, as we see in today’s Gospel reading from Luke 19 and the story of Zacchaeus.

All you and I must do is…

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.

Now go sell something.
