The Rash Ones Have No Integrity. Trust. Be Patient.

From today’s reading…

For the vision still has its time,

presses on to fulfillment, and will not disappoint;

if it delays, wait for it,

it will surely come, it will not be late.

The rash one has no integrity;

but the just one, because of his faith, shall live.”

Habakkuk was a brave man. Or crazy. Or inspired. Or frustrated and scared and questioning.

But he was a blessed prophet and God was patient with him.

Through God’s guidance and instruction, He restored confidence and purpose to Habakkuk.

And through Habakkuk’s words, he helps us all remain patient as we encounter delays, which are inevitable.

Setting aside our rashness and knowing that God will not disappoint is the only way to…
