One day when the sons of God came to attend on Yahweh, among them came Satan.

So Yahweh said to Satan, ‘Where have you been?’ ‘Prowling about on earth,’ he answered, ‘roaming around there.’” Job 1:6-7

In war, your opponent is always seeking an opportunity to take you out. During the Vietnam War, Carlos Norman Hathcock, II took four days and three nights, without sleep, to crawl 1,500+ yards as part of a sniper mission to assassinate an NVA general.

If a human can put forth that much effort to take out an enemy, how much more so can Satan who is always and everywhere “prowling about,” seeking the ruin of souls?
