Job Knew His Place

From today’s reading…

Job spoke next. He said: Indeed, I know it is as you say:

how could anyone claim to be upright before God?

Anyone trying to argue matters with him,

could not give him one answer in a thousand.” Job 9:1-3

Job knew his place. He knew he was unworthy of being in the presence of God, yet that did not deter him. Despite the hardships that had befallen him, he remained a humble servant and seeker of God.

Be like Job.

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.

Now go sell something.
