From today’s reading…

Then Peter addressed them,…’It is to him that all the prophets bear this witness: that all who believe in Jesus will have their sins forgiven through his name.’” Acts 10:1a, 43

Eight chapters earlier, the apostles were filled with the Holy Spirit, so now they know what’s what and “who’s who in the zoo,” as we used to say back in the day.

They can see clearly now. Saul, now Paul, has had the scales pulled from his eyes, so he has joined them with his clear vision, too.

They are on fire for the Lord, and they are holding nothing back.

They are healing the crippled, watching the greedy drop dead at their feet (Ananias and Sapphira), preaching to all the nations, and helping all those who have ears hear the Truth, so, together, we can all…

Stay the course.Keep the faith.Endure.
