- Is He well-pleased with you?
Is He well-pleased with you?
From today’s reading…
Here is my servant whom I uphold,
my chosen one with whom I am pleased,…”
750 years before Christ was born, Isaiah was writing these words that were repeated by God Himself in the last verse of Matthew, chapter 3.
Jesus came as the ultimate servant.
He did not come “crying out,…”shouting,…”making his voice heard in the street.”
He came to bring justice by quietly teaching both with His words and His example.
This week we’ll see His ultimate example.
Darkness will be disbursed once and for all.
He will show the way.
All we must do is…
Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
P.S. The word “sell” is derived from the Norwegian word that means “to serve.” Are you serving with your sales efforts or just trying to make a buck?
