I Myself Will Take Care of Business

God walks His talk. He doesn’t outsource what needs to be done. He leads by example as He always has and always will.

In Genesis 22:9 we read the story of Abraham being tested by God to sacrifice his only son, whom he loved, Isaac. (Sound familiar?)

When Isaac asked his father where the sacrificial offering was “Abraham replied, ‘My son, God himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering.’”

Many have said the translation could be read as “God will provide himself as the lamb for the burnt offering.” (Pretty witty, huh?) Knowing what we know now, we see how accurate that translation is because Christ is the ultimate example of how to…
