Count to 10 before you speak. Let that email simmer overnight before you send it. Get off of social media and go for a walk. Turn off the news. Take a nap. Go fly a kite. Do a crossword puzzle. Bake a cake. Watch the sunset. Go to the gym. Go for a walk. Read a book…one with real paper. Play some music. Let everyone cut in front of you during your daily commute. Don’t comment on the person with 25 items in the 15-or-less line. Control your emotions. Control your anger. Control yourself. Because that’s the only way to…

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
