How To Entertain Angels

From today’s reading…

Let brotherly love continue.

Do not neglect hospitality,

for through it some have unknowingly entertained angels.”

In Luke 16 we saw how the rich man ignored the beggar Lazarus who was soon with the angels while the rich man was in “the netherworld, where he was in torment…”

But today we are reminded by Paul in Hebrews 13:1 to love one another because we never know exactly who it is that has crossed our paths today and why.

So assume the best. Give them the benefit of the doubt. 

He also has clear, strong words about not loving money but loving your spouse and know that with the Lord at your side, you are 10 feet tall and bulletproof.

Now all we have to do is imitate the faith of our leaders, which is the best way to… 

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
