From today’s reading…

His anger lasts but a moment, his favour through life; In the evening come tears, but with dawn cries of joy.” Psalm 30:5

Wanna get into a good mood? Read Psalm 30. The Black Eyed Peas had a feeling that tonight’s gonna be a good night, but they were off by half a day. They should’ve paid more attention The Beatles, who saw the sun and said it’s all right.

By the way, in today’s Gospel reading from John 4, Jesus told the royal official that it’s all right in regards to his sick son in Capernaum, which led to “he and all his household” believing. (v53)

So relax when darkness falls and you’re faced with a challenge. God knows what you are facing, and He will be there to welcome you on the other side of the challenge if you will only…

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
