Grow up. Spit out your pacifier. Put down your binky. Turn off the news. Scroll right on by that idiot’s incendiary Facebook post and simmer in your own maturity for a moment.
Allow yourself to calm down so you can grow up.
Allow yourself to open up so the Truth can settle in.
Understand that the proper way to handle a wave is head-on and the safest way for a plane to both take off and land is against the wind.
You’re a truth-seeking, truth-speaking vessel made in the image and likeness of God, which means you were not created to sit and rust and rot in port tied to the dock.
You were made to venture into unknown regions over the horizon, out of sight of land, in the deep waters, among the big waves, and the strong winds because “to equip the holy ones for the work of ministry” is what God does.
So set sail and remember to…
