I will deliver them from all their sins of apostasy,
and cleanse them so that they may be my people
and I may be their God.”
Ezekiel reminds us of the love story of the Old Testament.
We comprise the Church and the Church is the bride.
The bridegroom is God and He is jealous, protective, and strong.
He knows it is His job to care for us, to keep us safe—even from ourselves…especially from ourselves—and to lead us to Him.
We just need to “no longer… defile (our)selves with (our) idols, (our) abominations, and all (our) transgressions” long enough to find the course so we can…
Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
