Heed me, O LORD,

and listen to what my adversaries say.

Must good be repaid with evil

that they should dig a pit to take my life?”

You know that “no good deed goes unpunished,” so take a stand and make your voice known.

Stop hiding. Stop trying to get along with everyone. Stop worrying about rocking the boat or tipping over the applecart.

There’s no honor among thieves so even if you play along with the miscreants and the moochers they’ll eventual tire of you and conspire against you, which means you’ll still lose your life but you’ll lose your soul along the way.

The Father did not send His Son for a “one and done.”

Jesus came to set the example. To show us how to live. To inspire us. To give us hope. Not to take away our burdens and our struggles but to let us know they were worth effort so we can more readily…

Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
