God Keeps His Promises

From today’s reading…

To keep his promise, God has raised up for Israel one of David’s descendants, Jesus, as Saviour, whose coming was heralded by John when he proclaimed a baptism of repentance for the whole people of Israel.” Acts 13:23-24

Paul is in Antioch in Pisidia doing what he was called to do, spread the Good News.

He’s in the synagogue there, preaching to his fellow Jews, explaining to them that what was prophesied has come to pass, just as God promised so many times over so many years through so many prophets.
