Eat All the Plants and Animals

From today’s reading…

God told Noah and his family that life was valuable and precious and even sacred…

For in the image of God has man been made.”

Life was so important that just before that last sentence God gives instructions that anyone who kills another should die as well.

While he was at it, God made sure to remind Noah—and you and me—that he was a member of PETA—People who Eat Tasty Animals.

But we are not to waste or take for granted what we have been given, including our lives.
