Keap Decision Diamonds: Step-by-Step

1. Start with a Keap CRM goal (goals are round icons) and at least two Keap sequences

2. Connect the Keap goal to the first sequence.

3. Connect the Keap goal to multiple sequences, and BAM!, the decision point (decision diamond) appears.

4. Connect all applicable Keap sequences.

5. Click on the actual Keap decision diamond to edit its rules.

6. Start editing the fields sequentially.

7. This shows how to edit the Keap Tags, but this applies to Form Submissions, Company Role, etc. (This is just an example.)

9. Here I’ve selected the Keap Tags I’m looking for.

10.a. Add additional mandatory criteria—”+” means “AND”—or alternative criteria—”…” means “OR.”
