For what great nation is there

that has gods so close to it as the LORD, our God, is to us

whenever we call upon him?” Deut 4:7

Moses had great news for the people of Israel in Deuteronomy today who, keep in mind, are still wandering in the desert. They have not yet settled in the land of Canaan, yet Moses says they are the greatest nation because they have God on their side.

Do you know that God is on your side?

Do you conduct yourself as though God is on your side?
