How do you treat your prospects and customers who may not know what they don’t know and are therefore vulnerable to being misled, pressured, cajoled, and convinced to over-buy from you?

How do you treat the distressed, the troubled, the worried, the fearful who come to you for reassurance?

Everyone you meet can teach you something.

Upon everyone you meet you make an impression.
