Be Exceedingly Fertile

From today’s reading…
When Abram prostrated himself, God spoke to him:
‘My covenant with you is this:
you are to become the father of a host of nations.
No longer shall you be called Abram;
your name shall be Abraham,
for I am making you the father of a host of nations.
I will render you exceedingly fertile;’”
Abram lead by following.
In his example he was called and he was changed.
In his change he was made ready for his new calling.
As Abraham he was open to new life because his life was made new.
In so doing he continued to lead by example.
If you want to make your mark you better be “exceedingly fertile” in whatever it is you do.
Oprah has been exceedingly fertile despite not having children, so don’t take this to apply only to having children.
However, what is more powerful and impactful to the universe than co-creating, loving, nurturing, and leading an eternal soul to God with the help of the Holy Spirit?
Stay the course. Keep the faith. Endure.
