From today’s reading…

Jesus was aware that his followers were complaining about it and said, ‘Does this disturb you?’” John 6:61

Reading this I immediately thought of the Russell Crowe line in the movie “Gladiator,” “Are you not entertained?” where he portrayed General Maximus Decimus Meridius.

Both Jesus and Meridius had no problem staring death in the face and neither backed down from speaking the truth.

Having the courage of your convictions and knowing you are living the Truth is the only way to…

Stay the course.Keep the faith.Endure.
